Dear customer,
We are becoming increasingly aware that some end-users are being supplied with non-Seeley spare parts for our Breezair and Climate Wizard products and we wish to issue notice with immediate effect, to clarify our position.
We only supply parts to Seeley Approved Contractors.
Units that are fitted with non-Seeley original parts risk having Warranty voided and will make after-sales customer support complicated.
For customers that are dealing with / or have dealt with our ex distributor COSAF, the attached statement was issued back in March 2015, which explains Seeley’s route to market. Please be advised this includes spare parts.
“Building on the success of a long and productive presence on the UK and Ireland markets, Seeley International Europe is now pleased to announce that from 7th March 2015 we will service the local market more effectively by supplying our product range directly to larger Dealers and offering direct support with more comprehensive on-the-ground services. As part of this initiative, from the above date we will no longer be supplying Cosaf Environment Limited with any Seeley International product (other than to enable them to fulfill their ongoing product warranty obligations). This is a significant step in Seeley International’s global growth plans and represents a new level in our commitment to the local market.
Our objective is to realize the significant growth potential we see here in the years ahead, which will benefit all of us. Seeley International Europe will ensure there is no disruption to the ongoing supply and support of the product range to our customers. We are holding stock of Breezair and Climate Wizard – including spare parts and accessories – in our warehouse located in Nottingham. Seeley International see this as an opportunity to grow our products and services in a way that complements the product range and caters for the unique needs of the UK dealers and the market that we serve. Seeley International Europe will provide greatly increased support to its extensive dealer network through its own highly-qualified staff, ensuring total customer service, from right through sales and installation, to maintenance and diagnostics support”.
